We are often brought in by other law firms to assist their clients when an in-depth knowledge and experience in international trade is required.
We have earned a reputation for specialized knowledge and practical cost-effective problem solving skills in matters involving international trade. Frank Schuchat, the firm’s lead attorney in this area, has been involved as a legal advisor on international trade and business transactions since the early 1980s. He began as attorney in the Office of General Counsel of the International Trade Commission, advising the Commissioners on antidumping and countervailing duty investigations and other cases seeking relief from unfair import competition, including violations of intellectual property rights. Following government service Frank practiced with two national law firms in Washington, DC before relocating his practice to Denver in 1995.
