Frank Schuchat and Jeffrey Brenman regularly assist clients to achieve favorable outcomes in business disputes through negotiation and, if necessary, in litigation in federal, state or local courts or in arbitrations.

Recent litigation matters have included the defense of a public company against a variety of claims by a former shareholder seeking damages in excess of $10 million -- which was the subject of a six day arbitration and ancillary litigation in Colorado state and Federal courts, advice and representation of companies against allegations by former employees, agents or sales representatives, representation of employees in disputes with their former employers, collection of amounts owed by contractors, representation of a homeowners' association, and defense of guarantors in actions to collect on a guaranty.
