About Us

We formed a boutique law firm in Denver nearly ten years ago to offer a broad range of legal capabilities in a more intimate, relationship-oriented environment. With the expertise we’ve gained from years of working in some of the country’s largest law firms, and the practical business sense we’ve gleaned from owning or running businesses, we have the capability to work with a diverse range of clients—on their simplest to most complex needs.

Our projects may involve handling the most sophisticated international or tax matter for a Fortune 100; a middle market merger or acquisition; the structuring and funding of a startup—or resolving a dispute. Our clients include individuals, corporations, closely-held companies, partnerships, limited liability companies and other business organizations.

Community Involvement

We are dedicated to supporting our community, both individually and as a firm, believing that giving back is both an obligation and a privilege. In addition to the individual contributions listed on each attorney’s bio, our firm regularly contributes in these ways: 

• We serve as supervising attorneys to the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law students, providing valuable direction and guidance in their development, and the opportunity to apply concepts learned in law school to real-world situations.
• We volunteer to feed the homeless at the Denver Rescue Mission every month.
• We maintain active membership in the 2% Club, a philanthropic organization committed to numerous local Colorado causes. 
• We are a sponsor of the Swigert International School in Stapleton. 
• We actively participate in the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce.
• We are active members of the Rocky Mountain World Trade Center and the French American Chamber of Commerce.
